Display & camera

X555 boasts a wide touch screen of 5.5 inch, a resolution of upto 1080 x 1920 pixels (400ppi) protected by a 2.5D curves corning gorilla glass-3. Right on its back is a finger print sensor just like in hot 4 to aid in quick phone unlocking and doing snaps.

Quite disheartening as the 20.7 Mp rear camera (back) has been reduced to 16 Mp however this has been compensated for by adding an optical image stabilisation and faster laser autofocus. This means automatic reduction on blurry photos and shaky videos resulting from one’s hand shaking at doing snaps.

Infinix also increased the front camera to 8Mp which will allow you to capture every moment of interest despite the hour because both cameras have LED light to ensure night memories are not spared. This is a good screen size and resolution to watch videos & capture wide scenes clearly leaving you unregrateful of spending your cash on this power device.

Platform and memory

This phone runs on  mobile android system 6.0 known as marshmallow (same as HOT S) with a 1.3GH octa core processor and a 3GB RAM meaning that you will comfortably opening several applications at the same time without affecting the phones speed.

On the other hand, it got 32 GB built in ROM for your files and downloads. You however can expand this upto 128 GB using a memory card.

Network connectivity and battery

It has always sucked when you got a slow browser or file sharing connectivity. But much more when your phone’s charge drains as if on a competition! Infinix Zero 4 just like hot 4 pro and note 3; it brings you n excellent speed as it supports both 3G network and 4G LTE , Bluetooth file transfer speed of upto 4.0 and also instant messaging. Not to mention push mails,  and video streaming.

Despite its surpport for loudspeaker and ability to play FM radio, variety of both audio and video file formats including WAV,MP3, FLAC, mpeg 4, X.vid and many more; X555 sports a 3300 mAh batery which can sustain you up to 5hours talk time on single charge using its 10 minutes faster charger! At least you can be sure not to waste hours charging your gadget. However, you could do upto 32 hours talktime and 240 hours at an ordinary charge.

I haven’t shopped on Jiji.ng yet but it being a site with 18,000+ visitors daily and 4.3 app rating – it makes it be a genuine site only that acquiring a used phone means you won’t enjoy the garget’s warrantee provisions.
