To sort entries in a table proceed as follows:

  • Highlight the content which is to be sorted (column/Row)
  • Click layout ribbon

  • Click sort icon from data panel (dialogue box appears)

  • Select the type of data to be used when sorting i.e. date then choose either ascending or descending in the displayed dialogue box.

  • Click OK to apply.
