This is organizing data in a specified odder say ascending or descending. To sort a list or text in a table:
To sort entries in a table proceed as follows:
- Highlight the content which is to be sorted (column/Row)
- Click layout ribbon
- Click sort icon from data panel (dialogue box appears)
- Select the type of data to be used when sorting i.e. date then choose either ascending or descending in the displayed dialogue box.
- Click OK to apply.
