The note 3 is a phablet that was launched and arrived into Kenyan market way back in 2015 however it still got customers interest and so many will be opting for this tech phablet over a few others. Actually it is an upgrade of its predecessor the note 2 and so – we expect an improvement.
Like any other phone, note 3 comes sealed in a blue box. When unsealed you bump into an impressive 6 inch wide screen machine conspicousely lying in the box. Beneath it is a power adaptor, USB cable, manual and earphones.
You notice that earphones and screen guard lacked in its predecessor’s unboxing specs and so thanks to the company for making this add. Sim removal tool is also included in the box since the back cover is not removable.
The up and down volume keys are separated unlike note 2 which are together. A 5 Mp front camera with an LED for selfies and 13 Mp rear camera with duo LED to capture moments. Beneath the rear camera you have a finger print scanner for security purpose which responds to touch so fast.
The SIM card tray is on the left section with the SD card slot on the right above the volume keys. At the bottom is the USB port, and the headphone jack at the top.
Infinix note 3 X-601 costs ksh. 14,500 to ksh. 15,500 across online shoping stores and major physical retail shops across Kenyan counties.
