How to set text alignment in Microsoft office documents

Alignment – this is the arrangement of text relative to the left margin, center of page or the right of page. To set text alignment:

  • Click home ribbon 

  • Identify paragraph panel then click   on its extension to display paragraph dialogue box

  • Within the dialogue box, below general and beside alignment – click the arrow in the list box and select left, right or centered. 

  • Click Ok

    Alternatively select a paragraph then click on either of this command buttons
