How to use a taskbar, mouse and a keyboard to quickly launch Windows 

A taskbar in Windows is a black strip on a desktop commonly located at the bottom of the screen.

Its basic task is to host the start button, active programs running in the background and also other pinned programs.

Other than these functions, the taskbar could also help you access some programs faster if a key is pressed in combination with a mouse click on the task bar.

If you wish to try out this methodologies please below is the way to go:

Shift+Click on a taskbar button – Open a program or quickly open another instance of a program

Ctrl+Shift+Click on a taskbar button – Open a program as an administrator

Shift+Right click on a taskbar button – Show the window menu for the program

Shift+Right click on a grouped taskbar button – Show the window menu for the group

Ctrl+Click on a grouped taskbar button – Cycle through the windows of the group

In the essence we could say that the taskbar is a command button of its own kind however it requires a compliment to be full.
